Reducing Your Carbon Footprint
“For every tonne of used paper and cardboard recovered each year, recycling measures prevent 2.08 tonnes of CO2 being emitted into the atmosphere – in 2006/07 that amounted to preventing 3,300,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions.”
Understanding your carbon footprint is the first step in doing something positive for our environment. Simply calculate and offset elements or all of your life and we will plant native tree(s) to offset your emissions. Our forestry offsets are in addition to Australia’s Kyoto targets so you can feel comfortable that your voluntary contribution will make a difference.
Reducing CO2 Levels:
If you do want to plant trees to help the earth consume all the CO2 we are pumping out, then you can go into the fields with some seeds or saplings and plant, plant, plant!
